The emptiness is not the gym failing you, it is you showing up for the aesthetic instead of the work and expecting a personality to come out of the squat rack. Nobody ever got their head straight from a workout they were half assing, that is just cardio with extra steps. Go lift heavy, track it, go again tomorrow, and quit waiting for a building to fix you.
