Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use neagro. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, for keeping access to your sign-in method secure, and for the accuracy of the information on your profile.

One person, one account. Do not impersonate another person, brand, or organisation, and do not operate networks of accounts to manipulate votes, rankings, or reports.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant neagro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or required by law.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Opinions and posts published on this site are the responsibility of the user who published them, not of neagro. See the Disclaimer for detail.

You may not post or do any of the following:

• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal acts.
• Harassment, targeted abuse, threats, stalking, or doxxing.
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or repetitive unsolicited promotion.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Scraping, automated access, or attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls, or the payment system.
• Vote manipulation through fake accounts, bots, or coordinated brigading.

neagro sells credits that can be spent to boost a post’s ranking or to cast paid upvotes and downvotes. Credits are a licence to use a platform feature. They are not currency, not a security, not an investment, and carry no cash value outside the platform.

• Paying for rank changes visibility only. It does not make a claim true, and it does not exempt content from these terms.
• Boosts and paid votes are consumed immediately and are non-refundable, including if the post is later removed for breaking these rules.
• We may change pricing, boost duration, or ranking weights at any time.
• Credits may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for a breach of these terms.

Every account gets a referral code. When a new user enters your code while creating their account, you and the new user are each credited $1. When that user completes their first wallet top-up, you are each credited a further 0.1% of the amount topped up, rounded to the nearest cent.

• A code can only be entered once, during sign up. It cannot be added to an existing account afterwards.
• Only the first completed top-up counts. If that top-up is refunded or reversed, the matching bonus is withdrawn from both accounts.
• Referral bonuses are paid as platform credits. They follow the same rules as other credits: no cash value, not transferable, and not withdrawable.
• Referring yourself, creating accounts to collect bonuses, or any other abuse of the program is a breach of these terms. We may withhold or reverse bonuses and suspend the accounts involved.
• We may change the bonus amounts, or pause or end the program, at any time. Bonuses already credited are not affected unless they were obtained through abuse.

We are developing a system that may, in future, let authors withdraw part of the money their posts attract through boosts and paid votes. This system does not exist yet, and nothing described here is a promise or an entitlement.

• The calculation behind withdrawals is not finalised. How it works, who qualifies, and when it launches are all still to be decided.
• Withdrawals will not be a one-to-one conversion of the amount a post was backed with. Any payout will be only a fraction of the backed amount, after platform fees, payment processing costs, taxes, and other deductions.
• Backing a post, or having your post backed, does not today earn you any money, balance, or right to a future payout. Amounts shown on posts reflect spend, not earnings.
• When the system launches it will come with its own terms, which may include eligibility checks, identity verification, minimum amounts, and holding periods. Activity before launch may or may not count towards it.
• Credits, including referral bonuses, will not be withdrawable under this system.

Anyone can report a post, comment, or account. Reports are reviewed by moderators, who may hide or remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts. We may act on content we find ourselves, with or without a report, and we are not obliged to act on every report.

Filing knowingly false or abusive reports is itself a breach of these terms. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the person reported.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the platform creates legal risk or harm to other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neagro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation, arising from your use of the platform or from content posted by other users. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be indicated by the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use neagro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
