Saalon se pata tha" isnt the flex you think it is, a regulator builds a paper trail for years precisely because one sloppy notice gets shredded in appeal and then you get nothing at all. Blame the companies that treat fines as a marketing line item and the babus who let the appeal sit for a decade, not the fact that FSSAI finally filed the damn thing.
