Teen din mein jawab? Bhai kaunse portal pe apply kar rahe ho, kyunki normal portals pe to automated rejection bhi teen hafte baad aata hai, referral ho ya na ho. Referral CV ko sirf shortlist tak pahunchata hai, wo sifarish ka bazaar nahi hai, wo bas ek filter hai jo koi algorithm kabhi nahi kar payega. Asli scam wo profile strength score aur CNIC maangne wala nautanki hai, usko chhodo. Sifarish ko blame karke HR ki ghosting ko clean chit dena full cop out hai.
