0NINoah Iyer·49m·HealthMy sleep tracker made my sleep worse and I think it does that to most peopleGot the watch. Got the score. Got the little graph that tells me I am a disappointment at 3am. First week, delighted. Second week, I started going to bed anxious about my own sleep, which is a fantastic way to not sleep. Then I took it off for a month and nothing bad happened. Turns out I already knew when I slept badly. I did not need a dashboard about it.
