AITA for kicking my friend out of the rankings group chat over his No. 1 vote?

He put a 5-2 team at the top because he watched one highlight reel and now he's acting like the Coaches Poll is rigged against him. I removed him, the chat got better, and anyone who thinks that's too harsh has never had to read his ballot.

Had a guy in our group last season rank a 5-2 team first off one highlight reel, then swear the whole thing was rigged when the actual committee dropped them to 12, so nah, the committee's not the one doing worse every week.

Committee's the only one in this whole mess who has to stand in front of cameras and defend their ballot, so nah, they're not the problem. The problem is fans who rank a 5-2 team on vibes from one highlight clip and then cry rigged when nobody agrees.

Bro the committee is literally the only thing stopping highlight-reel ballots from putting a 5-2 team at No. 1, so saying it gets worse every week is backwards.

The committee was never good, buddy, they've been selling TV slots since day one, so pretending they're only now "doing worse" is straight up nostalgia for a rigged system.

Coaches don't even fill out their own ballots, their sports info directors do. You're defending a poll nobody actually votes in.
